Big Sky Conferences, Inc./17C4975: Completion of fact discovery on issues relating to class certification consistent with the Court’s prior orders by January 20, 2023. Plaintiff’s expert reports in support of motion for class certification due on or before February 15, 2023. Plaintiff’s motion for class certification due on or before March 14, 2023. Defendant to depose Plaintiff’s experts by April 6, 2023. Defendant’s expert reports in opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for class certification due on or before June 15, 2023. Defendant’s response in opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for class certification due on or before July 14, 2023. Plaintiff to depose Defendant’s experts by August 1, 2023. Plaintiff’s reply in support of motion for class certification due on or before September 18, 2023. The parties are to submit a joint written status report by December 15, 2022.
