IF YOU HAVE A PACER ACCOUNT CLICK THE CONTINUE BUTTON BELOW TO LOGIN AND VIEW THE MASTER CASE FILE FOR MDL NO. . Pursuant to Judicial Conference of the United States policy, access to all case-related documents must be through the PACER system. Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is a service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from federal appellate, district and bankruptcy courts, and the PACER Case Locator via the Internet.
PACER users must register for an account. Access to court documents costs $0.10 per page. The cost to access a single document is capped at $3.00, the equivalent of 30 pages. The cap does not apply to name searches, reports that are not case-specific and transcripts of federal court proceedings. If your usage does not exceed $15 in a quarter, fees for that quarter are waived, effectively making PACER free for most users. PACER is provided by the federal judiciary in keeping with its commitment to providing public access to court information via a centralized service.
Please note there may be a 24-hour delay from the time of filing until the document is available on the PACER System.
