Have your sponsor complete, sign and date the Trial Bar Affidavit of Sponsor. For important information regarding the Affidavit of Sponsor,

If applicable, have affidavits supporting qualifying credits completed, signed and dated.

Scan Petition and any supporting forms and affidavits to a single PDF file. For more information regarding supporting forms and affidavit refer to the instructions for the Admission to the Trial Bar.

Once the Petition for Admission to the Trial Bar has been completed, signed and
scanned, you can register and upload your petition on the court's web site and
pay the filing fee ($50.00) electronically through the pay.gov system. Please
have a credit card ready.
