	Fill out Petition and Oath of Office Leave signature lines blank.
	Print completed forms.
	Sign and date Petition for Admission to the General Bar.
	Sign and date the Oath of Office.
	Have your Sponsors complete, sign and date Affidavit of Sponsor . (Important: Ensure that your Sponsors include their date of admission to a state bar.) For important information regarding the Affidavit of Sponsor please refer to the instructions for the Admission of the General Bar.
	Obtain a Letter of Good Standing. For important information regarding the Letter of Good Standing please refer to the instructions for the Admission of the General Bar.
	Scan Petition, Letter of Good Standing, Affidavit of Sponsor(s) and Oath of Office to a single PDF file.

Once the Petition for Admission to the General Bar has been completed, signed and scanned, you can register for the General Bar, upload your petition on the Court's web site and pay the filing fee($199.00) electronically through the pay.gov system. Please have a credit card ready.
