Criminal Cases

Once a trial date has been set, the parties shall submit proposed pretrial deadlines by the date given.  They must confer and submit their agreed proposed deadlines using the Court's form found here.  The completed form shall be submitted to the Court's proposed order inbox at Proposed_Order_Johnston@ilnd.uscourts.gov.
