Learning About the Judicial Branch
If teaching about the judicial branch of government is part of your curriculum,
then this FREE workshop is for you.
Join the United States District Court Northern District of Illinois for a day of
learning at the federal courthouse.
Nothing can better prepare you to teach about the Constitution and American Government
than seeing and experiencing it in action. This workshop will include live courtroom
observations, a session with a Federal Judge and other legal professionals, and
a courthouse tour.
Participants will take home a wealth of ideas, resources, and lessons. Participants
will also learn how to plan a courthouse field trip and/or web seminars.
This event is FREE, but registration is required.
