Due
to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, all status reports and motions will be
handled by written submissions. No courtesy copies allowed. Parties
should not file a notice of motion with any submission. Most motions will
be ruled on by mail after the Court sets a briefing schedule. If the
Court believes that a hearing is necessary in any case, it will contact you
with a date and time to call in for the hearing. The Court expects that
these hearings will be quite rare, at least in the short-term. Monitor the public
docket for information regarding hearings.
All settlement conferences will be held by video. If you desire a settlement conference, please contact a member of the judge’s staff.
Please be advised that all visitors to the Courthouse must wear a face covering until further notice.
