Multiple Defendants Represented by Different Counsel
If a case involves
multiple defendants who are represented by different counsel, the court
encourages defense counsel to file joint briefs and exhibits or to adopt parts
of a co-defendant’s brief. The parties
are reminded that redundant and uncoordinated briefs may be stricken.
