Memoranda of Law and Citations
The 15-page
limitation on all memoranda contained in Local Rule 7.1 will be strictly
enforced. A motion for leave to exceed
that limit will not be granted unless warranted. The court prefers that the parties use the
Westlaw citation for unpublished opinions and materials cited in memoranda. Parties should not attach as exhibits materials that are available on Westlaw.
