Compliance With Local Rule 37.2
No motion regarding a discovery dispute of any kind will be considered in the absence of strict compliance with Local Rule 37.2, which mandates "consultation in person or by telephone." The motion must specify the date, time and place of the required consultation and the participants. See Autotech Technologies Ltd. Partnership v.
