Rule 48 Complaints Under The Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §1983, By Persons In Custody

Complaints brought under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §1983, by persons in custody shall be in writing, signed and certified. Such complaints shall be on forms supplied by the Court. The Executive Committee shall be responsible for approving the format of the forms to be supplied.
