Rule 43 Filing Of Documents By Persons Other Than Parties

No pleading, motion, or other document shall be filed in any case by any person who is not a party thereto, except by leave of Court first had and obtained, and the Clerk is directed to refuse the filing of any document which may be tendered by any person who is not a party until an order as herein provided has been entered. Should any such document be filed inadvertently or by mistake without the entry of such an order, it may be stricken by the Court on its own motion and without notice.
