Rule 42

Rule 42 Deposition And Other Subpoenas To Medical Witnesses And Court Personnel As Witnesses

Except on motion and order of Court, no party shall at any time serve a subpoena, or cause a subpoena to be served, to require the presence of or the production of documents by any of the following:

(a) Medical doctors;

(b) Judicial officers of this Court and members of their staffs;

(c) The Clerk of this Court and members of his/her staff;

(d) The Chief Probation Officer and members of his/her staff, including both probation officers and clerical personnel; and

(e) Members of any grand jury of this Court in their capacity as grand jurors.
