Rule 20

Rule 20 Actions By Or On Behalf Of Infants Or Incompetents

An action brought by or on behalf of an infant or incompetent may be settled only with leave of court embodied in an order, judgment or decree. The court may authorize payment of reasonable attorney's fees and proper disbursements from the amount realized in such an action. The court shall order the proceeds to be distributed in such manner as will protect the interest of the infant or incompetent.
