Rule 15

Rule 15 Orders

A. A memorandum of the determination of a motion, signed by a judge, or a notation by the clerk at the direction of the judge shall constitute the order. The court may authorize expansion of such an order.

B. A motion for an ex parte order shall be denied unless the motion is supported by an affidavit showing cause therefor and stating whether or not a previous application for similar relief has been made.
