Rule 4.05 Agencies To File Accounting Reports

Each agency participating in the forfeiture of collateral program shall file with the CVB quarterly reports accounting for violation notices issued. The report shall indicate for each officer of the agency the (a) number series of violation notices assigned to that officer, (b) the total number of violation notices assigned, (c) the total number of violation notices issued, (d) the serial number of each notice for which a dismissal or voiding has been requested, and (e) the number of violation notices unissued on hand at the end of the period. In addition, the report shall show totals accounting for all notices printed by the agency. Forms for use in preparing the report will be made available by the CVB.
