Rule 4.01 To 4.09 Forfeiture of Collateral in Lieu of Appearance and Central Violations Bureau (CVB)

Rule 4.04 Dismissal And Voiding Of Violation Notices

No violation notice may be dismissed or voided except by order of a United States Magistrate. Requests for dismissal or voiding made by agencies shall be submitted to the CVB. The CVB shall notify the United States Attorney of the request. The United States Attorney shall present the request to the designated magistrate at a regular call of violation notices.
