Rule 3.90 Volunteering For Service On The Panel

Persons volunteering for service on the Panel will be placed on the Panel in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3.81 A of these Rules. Whenever a volunteer is appointed pursuant to these Rules, the clerk as part of the notification process will inquire of the volunteer whether he or she wishes either (a) to have his or her name moved to the end of the list of names of volunteers on the Panel or (b) to have his or her name removed from the list of names of volunteers on the Panel and either replaced after a specified time period or on his or her request. The clerk will make a similar request of any volunteer whose name has been on the Panel for not less than twelve months and who has not been appointed during that time.
