A. Withdrawal of Membership in the Trial Bar

An attorney admitted to the Trial Bar of this Court may, on motion for good cause shown, voluntarily withdraw from said Bar. B. Reinstatement in the Trial Bar

Any attorney permitted to withdraw as a member of the Trial Bar pursuant to A above who wishes to be reinstated must file a petition for reinstatement with the clerk for presentation to the Executive Committee. Where the petition to withdraw was originally filed shortly after the attorney was notified of his/her selection as a member of the Panel, the petition for reinstatement shall include a statement indicating the attorney's present willingness and ability to accept an appointment under Rules 3.803.99. If the committee grants the motion in such an instance, it shall direct that the attorney's name be placed on the Panel and remain there until the attorney is appointed.
