Hearings and other matters relating to violation notices and forfeiture of collateral proceedings pursuant to Rules 4.50 4.59 of these Rules (NOTE: This appears to be a typographical error as there are no General Rules 4.50-4.59. The only General Rules in the 4 series are 4.01-4.09.) shall be handled by the federal enclave duty magistrate on the day the hearings are scheduled on the matters presented.
