Rule 2.32 Adjustments For Skipped Assignment Cards

The Clerk will maintain a record of all assignment cards in regular assignment decks which are skipped in the assignment process. He/she will periodically present to the Executive Committee a report of such cards. The Committee shall determine which skips, if any, require equalization in a manner similar to that provided for cases reassigned as related pursuant to Rule 2.31 F of these Rules and order such equalization.
