Rules 2.00 - 2.09 Assignment Rules Generally

Rule 2.00 Scope Of Rules 2.00 To 2.99

Rules 2.00 to 2.99 of the General Rules of this Court govern the assignment of cases among the Judges of this Court. They shall be construed to secure the just, speedy and inexpensive determination of each case by assuming an equitable distribution of cases, both in quantity and kind, among the Judges. Except as specifically provided by these Rules, the assignment of cases shall be by lot.
