Rule 1.32 Limitations On Use Of Petit Jurors Outside Of Regular Work Hours

Except for members of a sequestered panel, no person selected for a venire or panel of petit jurors shall be required to sit after 5:30 p.m. or on any Saturday or Sunday, provided that the presiding judge may authorize a jury to sit if during deliberations on their verdict a majority of the members of the panel so request.
