Rules 1.10 To 1.19 Rules Relating To Operations Of The Court

Rule 1.10 Regular Sessions Of Eastern And Western Divisions

Regular and continuous sessions of the Court shall be held at Chicago, in the Eastern Division of this District, on all business days throughout the year. Regular sessions of the Court shall be held at Rockford, in the Western Division of this District, on the first Monday of April and on the first Monday of October in each year, which sessions shall continue until terminated by order of final adjournment or by commencement of the regular session.
