RULES 1.00 To 1.09 ORGANIZATION OF THE COURT


Rule 1.07 The Western Division Judges

In addition to their other duties, two regular active judges of this Court, other than the Chief Judge, shall serve as judges of the Western Division. They shall serve a period of two years commencing on the first day of January. They shall be selected from among the regular active judges on the basis of seniority, the most senior being selected first, provided that (a) no judge eligible to serve as a Western Division judge shall serve a second term until all other eligible judges have served at least once and (b) no judge who is otherwise eligible shall serve as a Western Division judge unless he/she has been on the bench at least six months. From time to time, the Chief Judge with the approval of the judges of the Court, may designate additional judges to serve in the Western Division, should the workload of that Division so require.
