RULES 1.00 To 1.09 ORGANIZATION OF THE COURT

Rule 1.05 Court Administrator; Administrative Assistant To The Chief Judge

A. Clerk of the Court: Court Administrator and Secretary to the Executive Committee

The Clerk of the Court, under the supervision of the Chief Judge, shall act as Court Administrator and shall perform such duties as the Chief Judge directs. The Clerk of the Court shall act as secretary to the Executive Committee. The Clerk of the Court shall file a report on the operations of his Office and the annual caseload activities of the Court with the Secretary of the Court on the day of the September meeting of the full Court.

B. Administrative Assistant to the Chief Judge

The Chief Judge may appoint an administrative assistant to serve as a member of his/her staff. The administrative assistant shall perform such duties as the Chief Judge directs. The administrative assistant shall be appointed from positions authorized by the Administrative Office for the Clerk's Office and shall have a grade equivalent to a minute clerk.
