RULES 1.00 To 1.09 ORGANIZATION OF THE COURT

Rule 1.01 Regular Meetings Of The Full Court

The judges of this Court shall establish the policies of the Court, determine its programs and adopt and promulgate its rules at their official meetings. The active and senior judges shall assemble not less than once a month for such official meetings except as they determine otherwise. Each judge attending the meeting, whether active or senior, shall be entitled to vote on matters brought before the meeting, except as otherwise required by statute. The Chief Judge or, in his/her absence, the Acting Chief Judge, shall preside at the meeting.
