LR83.2. Oath of Master, Commissioner, etc.
Each person appointed master, special master, commissioner, auditor, assessor
or appraiser shall before entering upon the duties of that office take and
subscribe an oath, which, except as otherwise prescribed by statute or rule, shall
be to the effect that the person will faithfully and impartially discharge
those duties conformably to the order of appointment to the best of the person’s ability and understanding. Such oath may be taken before any federal or
state officer authorized by federal law to administer oaths, and shall be filed in
the office of the clerk.
