LR65.3. Security for Costs
Upon good cause shown, the court may order the filing of a bond as security
for costs. Except as ordered by the court, the bond will be secured in compliance
with LR65.1. The bond shall be conditioned to secure the payment of all fees
which the party filing it must pay by law to the clerk, marshal or other officer
of the court and all costs of the action which the party filing it may be
directed to pay to any other party.
