LR24.1. Notice of Claims of Unconstitutionality
In order to assist the court in its statutory duty under 28 U.S.C. §2403,
counsel raising a question of the constitutionality of an Act of Congress affecting
the public interest shall promptly advise the court in writing of such fact.
