To order a transcript of proceedings held before Judge Edmond E. Chang, please use this Court’s Electronic Ordering Form to do so.

Judge Chang’s official court reporter is Krista Burgeson.

NOTICE: A receipt for your order will be sent to you indicating the assigned court reporter. All delivery requests, other than ordinary/30 days, must be PREAPPROVED by the assigned reporter and the reporter will contact you, or you may contact the reporter to discuss delivery options.

Krista will respond to your electronic transcript order as soon as possible. Please understand she may be in trial or on leave. Please note that due to her transcript case load and/or in-court hours, she may not be able to provide you with expedited delivery service and it will then be considered regular/30-day delivery. Your transcript order will only be expedited delivery if it is confirmed personally by Krista Burgeson and not the emailed automatic receipt computer generated for you when you place your order with the court.

NOTICE: Delivery time begins on the date the order is confirmed by the official reporter.

All orders must be paid for in advance, unless other arrangements are made with the court reporter.

A deposit or pre-payment for any transcript is required. The check should be made payable to the name of Krista Burgeson and delivered to her office at the Federal Courthouse, Room 2118. Transcript rates are set by the Court and are located on the Court’s web site.
