CJA Payment Requests

Requests for payment under the limits set forth in the CJA Guidelines may be made through eVoucher only and no motion is required. Requests for payment above the limits set forth in the CJA Guidelines must be made through eVoucher and through a motion filed on the docket (no notice of motion is required). Requests for payments above the limits will not be reviewed until both a voucher has been submitted and a motion has been filed. Please refer to the CJA Guidelines, Guide to Judiciary Policy, Vol. 7, for more information.
