Judge Kim's Case Procedures

Form Confidentiality Order

Parties seeking to have the court enter a confidentiality order (agreed or otherwise) in their case must file a motion explaining the need and attaching the proposed order as an exhibit to the motion.  Parties may use this form order  and modify it as needed.  If the parties wish to use this form order, they must attach a clean version and the redlined version to their motion.  When the motion is filed, the parties must also email a Word version of the proposed order to the court (proposed_order_kim@ilnd.uscourts.gov).
