Counterfeit Product Cases

Plaintiffs in the Counterfeit Product Cases are put on notice that they may be required to file a memorandum discussing the propriety of joinder under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 20(a)(2) if it appears that defendants are too numerous or unconnected.
