Final Pretrial Order Procedures

In all referral cases, Magistrate Judge Schneider will direct the parties to use the Final Pretrial Order form for the District Court Judge assigned to the case. The parties are, therefore, directed to consult the assigned District Court Judge’s webpage for the proper order. In all consent cases (where Magistrate Judge Schneider will be the presiding trial judge), the parties are directed to use Judge Schneider’s Final Pretrial Order form.The Order does not require trial briefs; however, trial briefs may be ordered by the Court on a case-by-case basis.
