Judge Harjani's Case Procedures

Law Clerk and Extern Hiring

Judge Harjani has openings for a one-year term clerkship every May and September. All postings and applications are handled through OSCAR. Hiring generally occurs 9-12 months in advance of the start of the clerkship.

Judge Harjani has two openings for law student externships every summer.  Hiring generally begins in January and concludes in February of that year.
