Judge Nolan will be out of the office on Thursday, November 12, 2009 and Friday, November 13, 2009 and the afternoon (12 p.m.) of December 23, 2009 through and including January 3, 2010.


Effective immediately  - Magistrate Judge Nolan's Status/Motion call will change as follows:

•Status hearings will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.
•Motion hearings will be held on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m.

Magistrate Judge Nolan currently has no law clerk vacancies. Individual responses will therefore not be sent to law clerk applicants whose applications are received.

Pursuant to Local Rule 5.2(e), all documents, even those filed electronically, require a paper courtesy copy be delivered to Judge Nolan's courtroom deputy in room 1804 or chambers room 1870. Courtesy copies must be bound on the left side (e.g., stapled, spiral bound, etc.) with protruding tabs for exhibits.
