Judge Gottschall will not be sitting on the following dates in November and December:

Wednesday, November 25, Thursday, November 26, 2009 and Friday, November 27, 2009;
Tuesday, December 1, 2009 through and including Friday, December 4, 2009; and
Monday, December 28, 2009 through and including Friday, January 1, 2010.

Criminal motions may be set for any Wednesday @ 9:30 AM with the exception of the above dates and civil motions may be set for any Thursday @ 9:30 AM with the exception of the above dates.

Any motions filed for any of the above dates should be renoticed.
