Judge Coar will not be hearing matters on Wednesday, 11/25/2009 through and including Friday, 11/27/2009 Briefing schedules and/or Rulings on certain matters may be issued, parties are advised to watch e-mails and to check the docket.
During Judge Coar's absence, Emergency Motions only, to be heard by the Emergency Judge. Arraignments, bond/bail/detention matters, return of bench warrants in Criminal Cases are to be heard by the Designated Magistrate Judge.
All other matters will await Judge Coar's return.
Judge Coar's motions of course are heard on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. All motions to be filed three full business days before presentment.
