With the exception of the initial pleadings and related documents (e.g., complaint, answer, attorney appearances, pro hac vice applications) and agreed or unopposed motions, the Court requires courtesy copies of any document electronically filed. Courtesy copies should be delivered to the Courtroom Deputy in Room 1932 within 24 hours of filing. Courtesy copies may be delivered by overnight mail. Otherwise, courtesy copies need not be delivered in an envelope unless the pleading contains under seal material. The Court prefers courtesy copies printed after a pleading is filed, with the CM/ECF header stamp on the document.
