Ethical Standards
This Court requires all attorneys who practice before the Court to adhere to the highest standards of conduct. The Court expects attorneys to be prepared and polite during all of their appearances before the Court. Additionally, the Court places great emphasis on candor and forthrightness in assessing the credibility of an advocate and his or her client.
Any attorney who appears before the Court should be familiar with and always comply with the Rules of Professional Conduct for the Northern District of Illinois.
