Judge Bucklo no longer requires hard copies of electronically filed motions, briefs or documents be provided to chambers, except that courtesy copies are required for the following:
1. E-Filed sealed/restricted documents;
2. Motions containing exhibits in combined excess of 20 pages (in which case the motion and exhibits shall be properly side bound and appropriately tabbed);
3. Motions and responsive pleadings filed pursuant to Rule 56, FRCP, and
4. Jury instructions; and
5. Motions to appear pro hac vice.
Other than these exceptions, courtesy copies are not necessary.
In the event you are required to provide a courtesy copy, it shall be delivered to Judge Bucklo's Courtroom Deputy, Room 2244. Please do not bring courtesy copies to chambers.
