REGULAR MOTION CALL / STATUS CALL PRACTICE

• Civil and criminal noticed motions will be heard on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. There is a three day notice requirement.
• Noticed motions will be heard on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. There is still a three day notice requirement.
• Any motions noticed for Tuesday must be on file no later than the close of business on the Thursday prior to the date the motion is to be heard. 
• Any motions noticed for Thursday must be on file no later than the close of business on the Monday prior to the date the motion is to be heard.
• Status hearings for civil cases will be set to Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 a.m. 
• Status hearings for criminal cases will be set to Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Unless otherwise notified, change of plea hearings, sentencings, and other criminal proceedings, will be set to Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 a.m., and some Fridays at various times as directed by this court.
• Please be advised that no motions shall be noticed on a Friday at any time, unless otherwise ordered by this court.
