  • Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law, John Marshall Law School - Spring Semester, 1999 to present.

  • 1986 until January, 1995 - Served as an Administrative Law Judge, Office of Hearings and Appeals, Social Security Administration, Dept. of Health and Human Services. Served as Chief Administrative Law Judge from 1988 until current appointment.

  • 1980-1986 - Served as Regional Attorney for the Chicago Region of the Federal Labor Relations Authority.

  • 1975-1980 - Served as a Trial Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board in Chicago.

PERSONAL

Judge Keys is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served two tours of duty in Vietnam. His wife is the former Annette Grace. They have two sons, Anthony and Michael, and live in the suburban Chicago area.
