Transcripts may be ordered from Judge Blakey’s official court reporter, Lisa Breiter, by clicking on the link above her name on the right side of this page.  Payment is kindly requested prior to delivery of transcripts.  After your order is received and the transcript is completed, an email will be sent detailing your payment options.  For larger transcripts, a deposit may be required.  Please note that if you checkmark more than one selection in the “additional delivery information” section of the online form, you will incur additional charges.

The statutory transcript rates and delivery times are contained in this link: Pages.aspx?page=transcriptrates.  This link can also be accessed in the online form under the Preferred Delivery Schedule heading.  Also please note that emailed pdf or ASCII format (.txt) is often a quicker turnaround than the printed version.   If you are a CJA-appointed attorney ordering a transcript, you must fill out an eVoucher. Paper CJA-24 forms cannot be accepted any longer. You will first need to fill out an AUTH 24 on the eVoucher system. Directions can be found on page 9 of the user guide at this link: Pages.aspx?page=cjapage. Please use Internet Explorer only to browse to this link. Further directions for approvals can be found on page 21 of the user guide.

If you need daily, hourly, realtime or rough draft transcripts, please contact Lisa Breiter at or (312) 818-6683 at least 5 business days before the start of any proceeding for which you anticipate needing daily or hourly transcripts and/or a realtime feed or rough draft transcript, so the services can be appropriately scheduled and the proper equipment can be tested.  A deposit will be required prior to beginning these services.
