orders that are agreed to by all parties should NOT be filed or noticed for
hearing. Instead, they should be "submitted" to the Court for
consideration, modification, and electronic entry. To prevent confusion, such
Agreed Orders should be attached to an email addressed to
Proposed_Order_Rowland@ilnd.uscourts.gov with a "cc" to all other
parties. The subject line of the email should include "Agreed Order,"
along with the case name and case number. The Agreed Order should be submitted
in a format compatible with Microsoft Word. The Court encourages parties to use
this feature as opposed to filing motions to extend briefing schedules (e.g.,
in Social Security cases) or to modify bond conditions. Absent extenuating
circumstances, the Court will enter the Agreed Order within 24 hours of
