Initial Status Conferences in Cases Exempt from the Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Project

The Court typically will set all newly filed cases for an initial status hearing approximately 60 days from the filing of the complaint.  At least four working days before the initial status hearing, the parties shall file a joint written status report, not to exceed five pages in length, in accordance with the instructions below.
