Once the parties consent, the court will issue an order scheduling specific deadlines for filing the administrative record and for filing motions for summary judgment.  Plaintiffs must file a motion in order to seek a reversal or remand order.  This court does not require compliance with the notice requirement under Local Rule 5.3(b) and does not adhere to Local Rule 16.4.
