Scheduling Conference re MIDP cases

The court will set a scheduling conference within 90 days of filing the complaint. Prior to the conference, the parties are advised to conduct a meeting in person or through counsel and to file electronically, at least two business days in advance of the set conference, a completed Rule 26(f) Initial Planning Report For Cases in the Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot ("MIDP") program in the Northern District of Illinois.  The Report form may be downloaded from the link provided below:
