Bankruptcy Appeals

Judge Hunt will set a briefing schedule on all appeals from the United States Bankruptcy Court. Principal briefs may not exceed 25 pages and reply briefs may not exceed 20 pages without leave of court. Once the appeal is fully briefed, the Court will inform the parties if oral argument will be scheduled.
